Returns & Exchanges
At StickerShop, we want you to love your custom designs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. If your stickers arrive damaged or incorrect, we will replace them immediately at no additional cost to you.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your StickerShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the unused stickers in their original protective packaging or a rigid envelope to ensure they do not bend or crease during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new stickers within 3-5 business days.
